These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “Candidate”, or “User”) and Talentmovltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Talentmovltd provides international recruitment and staffing solutions including, but not limited to:
We act strictly as an intermediary between employers and candidates and do not act as the direct employer unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Talentmovltd does not guarantee employment, job placement, or hiring outcomes for candidates. Final hiring decisions remain solely with the client/employer.
All recruitment fees, service charges, and payment structures will be agreed in advance via written agreement.
Failure to make payments may result in service suspension, legal recovery actions, and termination of agreements.
All payments made to Talentmovltd are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talentmovltd from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
We handle all personal and corporate data with strict confidentiality. Information may be shared only when necessary for recruitment purposes or required by law.
Talentmovltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend services without prior notice if any party breaches these Terms or engages in unlawful activities.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international laws and the jurisdiction in which Talentmovltd operates.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
